Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and security systems
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex hardware/software issues across 200+ endpoints
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives including threat detection, vulnerability assessments, and incident response
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid environments ensuring 99.9% uptime
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop IT roadmaps aligned with business goals
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct technology training workshops
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST) and regulatory requirements
- Optimize system performance through proactive monitoring and capacity planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive IT experience with 3+ years in infrastructure management
- Expertise in network administration (Cisco/Juniper), virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud technologies
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and threat mitigation strategies
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Security+, AWS Solutions Architect, CISSP preferred)
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Proven experience leading IT projects with on-time delivery
