Responsibilities
- Lead development of cloud-native financial applications using Java, Python, and microservices architecture
- Mentor junior engineers through our structured onboarding program with English language support
- Collaborate with global product teams across 5+ countries via our async-first communication model
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and AWS infrastructure solutions for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Drive agile ceremonies with inclusive meeting practices accommodating multiple time zones
- Contribute to open-source projects and present at quarterly tech showcases
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (foreign degrees evaluated via WES)
- 5+ years of backend development with Spring Boot and RESTful APIs
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong English communication skills (documented via TOEFL/IELTS or interview assessment)
