Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and on-premise servers
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Develop and document IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Monitor system performance and optimize IT operations
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support and systems administration experience
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies
- Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and SaaS applications
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
