Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead cloud migrations on AWS with Terraform infrastructure-as-code
- Mentor 3+ engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize system performance using distributed tracing tools
- Drive CI/CD pipeline improvements with Jenkins and ArgoCD
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps
- Contribute to open-source projects and tech blogs
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development with Go/Python
- Expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Proven track record of mentoring engineering teams
- Strong background in CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Experience with distributed systems and database optimization
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in testing frameworks (Jest/PyTest)
