Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle development of microservices using AWS and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Design RESTful APIs and optimize database performance
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Contribute to technical architecture decisions and system scalability
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Java/Python/Go)
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization
- Strong knowledge of relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases
- Proven experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins/GitLab CI)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with fintech or high-transaction systems preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
