Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver top-tier user experiences.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and establishing best practices for coding standards and architecture.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Drive innovation by researching emerging technologies and proposing solutions that improve business processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on scalable web applications.
- Proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Demonstrated ability to obtain and maintain a work visa (H1B, O-1, etc.) or Green Card sponsorship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
