Responsibilities
- Architect scalable cloud-native applications using AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Lead agile sprints and drive technical roadmap execution
- Collaborate with global R&D teams across 5 continents
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Contribute to open-source projects and patent innovations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in backend development with Java/Python
- Expertise in microservices architecture and Kubernetes
- Proven track record with cloud deployment (AWS/GCP)
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience with remote team collaboration
