Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud-native solutions using AWS/Azure
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Lead agile sprints and contribute to technical roadmapping
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across 3+ time zones
- Document architecture decisions and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of software development in cloud environments
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go with microservices architecture
- Strong English communication skills (written/spoken)
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven ability to work in multicultural teams
- Eligibility for US work authorization (visa sponsorship available)
