Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Lead security audits and implement best practices across the stack
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent the company at tech conferences
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in backend development with Go/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
- Strong background in distributed systems and database design
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent communication skills and passion for mentorship
- Must be relocating to the Bay Area or willing to relocate immediately
