Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Java/Python and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers while maintaining high-quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and technical solutions
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex production issues
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and DevOps best practices
- Drive architectural decisions for enterprise-level applications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (international degrees welcomed)
- 5+ years of software development experience with cloud-native applications
- Proficiency in Java, Python, and at least one modern JavaScript framework
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Strong problem-solving skills with system design expertise
