Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in backend development (Java/Python/Node.js)
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Proven track record mentoring technical teams
