Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle, including architecture, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define feature requirements and technical roadmaps.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability to ensure a seamless user experience.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on JavaScript/TypeScript and front-end frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in backend technologies, RESTful APIs, and database management systems (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
