Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using cloud-native technologies (AWS/Azure)
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex technical challenges

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and RESTful APIs
- Proven track record of delivering production-level code
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
