Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead AWS cloud migrations with CI/CD pipelines and Terraform
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL/Redis) and troubleshoot bottlenecks
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Implement security best practices and compliance protocols

Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development with Java/Spring
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and event-driven architecture
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with SQL databases and NoSQL solutions
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
