The Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will take ownership of our core architecture, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class software products.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern technologies.
- Lead architecture reviews and provide technical guidance to the engineering team.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code with a focus on performance and security.
- Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define product requirements and user stories.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective, long-term solutions.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in Python, JavaScript, or Go.
- Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, Redis).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
