Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cloud-native microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS
- Lead end-to-end development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Optimize system performance and implement security best practices
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Drive DevOps initiatives including CI/CD pipelines and containerization
- Participate in architectural design sessions for enterprise-scale applications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise software development
- Expert proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
- Experience with DevOps tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform
- Proven track record of mentoring development teams
