Responsibilities
- Design scalable cloud-native applications using AWS and microservices architecture
- Lead code reviews and implement CI/CD pipelines for DevOps excellence
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex production issues

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Spring Boot
- Expertise in relational databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL
- AWS certification (Solutions Architect Professional preferred)
- Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact projects in agile environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
