Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using AWS/GCP infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural planning
- Optimize application performance using containerization and CI/CD pipelines
- Lead cross-functional sprints with product and design teams
- Develop RESTful APIs and maintain 99.9% system uptime
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
Qualifications
- 8+ years in software development with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expert proficiency in Python/Java/Go and modern frameworks (React, Spring)
- Deep AWS/Azure architecture certification or equivalent experience
- Proven track record in deploying high-traffic distributed systems
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Excellent problem-solving with complex algorithms and system design
