Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring zero downtime and lightning-fast load times.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues across the full software stack.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably in the Fintech or Healthcare sector.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (React/Vue), Python, or Java.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, remote-friendly environment.
