Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-availability software solutions using modern cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting thorough code reviews and mentoring junior developers.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve complex technical challenges and performance bottlenecks in real-time.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and DevOps to define technical requirements.
- DevOps Integration: Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks to ensure rapid, reliable deployment.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and API specifications.
- Tech Leadership: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements to existing systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Language: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go with strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Cloud: Proven experience deploying and managing applications on AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Databases: Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases, particularly PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Tools: Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and version control (Git).
