Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Kubernetes
- Optimize database performance with PostgreSQL and Redis caching strategies
- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation using Jenkins and Docker
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Implement robust security protocols and compliance measures
- Monitor system health using Prometheus and Grafana
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration
- Proven track record in high-transactional system development
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
