Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance, scalable web applications using modern programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and Go.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting regular code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency, high availability, and seamless user experiences.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and security standards.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-time role.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular).
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for clean code.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
