Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate with product managers and UI/UX designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and responsive user interfaces across devices.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code walkthroughs, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, debug code efficiently, and implement robust error handling.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and SQL databases.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and RESTful APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional agile team.
