Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software architectures using modern languages (Python, Java, or Go).
- Lead technical design discussions and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure quality standards.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and QA to deliver high-quality products.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement best practices for CI/CD pipelines.
- Stay current with industry trends and propose innovative solutions to business challenges.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript and familiarity with modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Spring).
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, including SQL optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
