Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using Java, Python, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
- Lead cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver high-quality products
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to uphold technical excellence
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and optimize system performance for 99.9% uptime
- Document architecture decisions and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with enterprise applications
- Expertise in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in debugging complex systems
- Proficiency with version control (Git) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate across departments
- Certifications in AWS or Azure (preferred)
