Role Overview
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and deployment of our core product suite. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of scalable web and mobile applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Python, Java, or Go.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define technical requirements and specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure high standards.
- Optimize application performance and ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks in the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least two programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
