Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver features that align with business goals.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Identify and resolve technical debt, optimize application performance, and troubleshoot complex issues.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend or full-stack engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go and experience with modern frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Django, React).
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced Agile environment.
