Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish coding best practices within the team.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high availability for critical government clients.
- Participate in the full SDLC, from sprint planning and design to testing and deployment.
- Conduct troubleshooting and debugging to resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
- Strong understanding of software architecture patterns (MVC, Microservices, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setting.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (if applicable).
