Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Optimize AWS infrastructure for 99.99% uptime and cost efficiency
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical workshops
- Drive CI/CD pipeline improvements using Terraform and Jenkins
- Lead cross-functional Agile sprints to deliver quarterly product milestones
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent the company at tech conferences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of backend development experience with Go/Python
- Expertise in cloud-native architectures and distributed systems
- Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB)
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code principles
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills with system design aptitude
- Experience mentoring technical teams in Agile environments
