Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust web applications using modern programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality and security.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including agile planning, sprint execution, and post-launch monitoring.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming and data structures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, including experience with optimization and query tuning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
