Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Code Review: Conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct technical interviews, and guide the team in architectural decisions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to define requirements and deliver features efficiently.
- Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Testing: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability and stability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Languages: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Frameworks: Experience with React, Node.js, or cloud-native frameworks (AWS/GCP).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
