Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of scalable cloud-based applications using AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex technical challenges

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expert proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and microservices architecture
- Proven track record of delivering production-ready code
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
