Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cloud-native microservices using AWS/Azure infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical reviews
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using DevOps best practices
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct code reviews ensuring performance, security, and scalability standards
- Drive innovation through quarterly tech stack evaluations and prototyping
- Represent engineering at client-facing solution design workshops
Qualifications
- 8+ years of full-stack development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
- Expertise in container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes) and serverless architectures
- Proven track record of shipping enterprise-grade SaaS products
- Strong background in event-driven programming and message queues (RabbitMQ/Kafka)
- Proficiency in testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) and TDD methodology
- Experience with cloud cost optimization strategies and FinOps practices
- CS degree or equivalent technical certification preferred
