Responsibilities
- Architect scalable microservices using AWS/GCP infrastructure
- Lead code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL/MongoDB)
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins/GitHub Actions
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Mentor 3-5 junior engineers through 1:1 sessions
- Drive DevOps best practices and cloud cost optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in Python/Java and React/Node.js
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong background in RESTful API design and GraphQL
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade applications
- CS degree or equivalent professional experience
- Agile/Scrum certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
