Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using AWS Lambda and Docker
- Lead API development with Java Spring Boot and RESTful best practices
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural planning
- Optimize database performance using PostgreSQL and Redis caching
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Terraform infrastructure
- Drive security compliance for PCI DSS and SOC 2 standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in backend development with Java and Spring Boot
- Expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure) and containerization
- Proven experience with microservices and distributed systems
- Strong grasp of CI/CD methodologies and DevOps practices
- Financial services or fintech domain knowledge preferred
