Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications and microservices using modern frameworks.
- Lead architectural discussions and contribute to the technical roadmap for our core products.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure high standards of quality and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and automotive engineers.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high availability in production environments.
- Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure project delivery.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C#, with experience in cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database management systems (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
