Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern web technologies.
- Lead technical design discussions and code reviews, ensuring best practices and code quality standards are met.
- Mentor junior developers and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to ensure system stability and performance optimization.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Contribute to the technical strategy and architecture of the product roadmap.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on JavaScript or Python.
- Proven experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, database design (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud services (AWS or Azure).
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
