Responsibilities
- Lead development of microservices using Python and AWS Lambda
- Architect secure, high-transaction payment processing systems
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical workshops
- Optimize database performance for real-time analytics
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Docker and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate business requirements
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in backend development
- Expertise in Python, Django, and RESTful API design
- Strong AWS (EC2, S3, RDS) and cloud architecture skills
- Proven track record with financial systems or fintech
- Proficiency in testing frameworks (PyTest, Jest)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
