Responsibilities
- Lead development of cloud-native microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical workshops
- Design RESTful APIs with robust security protocols and performance optimization
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Drive code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and SAST/DAST tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and relational databases (PostgreSQL)
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/GCP) and DevOps practices
- Proven track record of delivering scalable enterprise applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments
- Experience with API gateway patterns and event-driven architecture
