Responsibilities
- Lead development of scalable cloud-native applications using AWS and Azure
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural planning
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and optimize system performance
- Ensure compliance with federal security standards (NIST, FISMA)

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with JavaScript/Python
- Expertise in React, Node.js, and microservices architecture
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with federal contracting requirements and security protocols
- Proven track record of mentoring technical teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one
