Responsibilities
- Lead development of cloud-native microservices using AWS and Kubernetes
- Architect secure, high-performance transaction systems handling 10K+ TPS
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and design sessions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Terraform
- Optimize database queries and caching strategies for 99.99% uptime

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in backend development with Go/Python/Java
- Expertise in distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Strong foundation in algorithms and data structures

- Experience with payment processing or financial APIs
- AWS/Azure/GCP certification preferred
