Responsibilities
- Lead development of scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot
- Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS with CI/CD automation
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical workshops

- Optimize system performance and implement robust security protocols
- Contribute to open-source projects and emerging FinTech standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software development
- Expertise in Java, Spring, and relational databases (PostgreSQL)
- Proficiency with AWS services (Lambda, EC2, RDS, SQS)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and event-driven architecture
- Experience with Kubernetes and containerization technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Relevant certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Scrum Master) preferred
