Responsibilities

- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and architecture reviews

- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs

Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in cloud environments
- Expertise in distributed systems and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong proficiency in Go, Python, and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- AWS/GCP certification or demonstrable cloud architecture expertise
- Proven track record of shipping production systems at scale
