Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance backend services using Python and Go
- Lead cloud architecture projects on AWS and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical workshops

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Python/Go
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven track record of delivering scalable production systems
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
