Responsibilities
- Lead development of cloud-native applications using AWS/GCP and microservices architecture
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance sessions
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines ensuring 99.9% system uptime
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize system performance through database tuning and caching strategies
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent TechNova at tech conferences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with Java/Python
- Expertise in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade applications at scale
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA workflow management
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical certifications
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
