Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of high-performance microservices using Go and Node.js
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, cloud-native applications on AWS
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews

- Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go or Node.js
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Strong background in distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Proven track record of mentoring engineering teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with fintech or high-transaction systems preferred
