Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle development of microservices using Java and Spring Boot
- Mentor 3-5 junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS with CI/CD automation
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Implement security best practices and conduct vulnerability assessments

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise software development
- Expert proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and relational databases
- AWS certification (Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer)
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and REST APIs
- Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Proven track record of mentoring development teams
