Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical workshops
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization achieving 95% automation coverage
- Architect HIPAA-compliant data processing systems handling 10M+ daily transactions
- Collaborate with Product team to translate clinical requirements into technical specs
- Conduct quarterly tech debt sprints with measurable impact metrics
Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in backend development with Go and Python
- Expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP) and serverless computing
- Proven track record of shipping SaaS products serving enterprise clients
- Strong background in healthcare IT compliance (HIPAA, HL7)
- Advanced knowledge of distributed systems and database optimization
- Experience leading agile teams with Jira/Confluence workflows
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
