Responsibilities
- Architect scalable microservices using AWS/GCP and Kubernetes
- Mentor 2-3 junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Implement security-first DevOps practices across all environments
- Collaborate with Product team to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Contribute to open-source projects and internal innovation labs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Python, Go, or Java
- Expertise in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Proficiency with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong background in distributed systems design patterns
- AWS/GCP certification preferred
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
