- Design and implement microservices using cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure)
- Lead code reviews and establish best practices for CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical workshops

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in at least one modern language (Java, Python, or Go)
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Proven experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Terraform, Jenkins, Ansible)
